**Dane
Stauffer grew up in Minnesota, cutting his teeth
at the Children's Theatre School. He's an alum of the Playwright's

Diego's longest running show, Triple Espresso , which he
has been honored and thrilled to be a part of. (Wow, the

Howard Elroy, the Beauty Pageant host on TV ( Wicked Wicked
Games with Tatum O'Neal) and his play, Stone Soup Feeds
the World, will make its West Coast Premier at the San Diego
Junior Theatre in June, with Jason Conners at the helm. Dane has
directed for the Fritz Blitz Festival of New Plays, to critical
acclaim (“the most rewarding marriage of script, performers and
director”). A prolific playwright, he's
had over a dozen plays produced in the last decade. He's been featured
on KTCA/PBS Technical Difficulties, and the Emmy award
winning American Scream: Dudley Rigg's first 30 years.
He's also been featured in “MyNetwork's” telenovellas Fashion
House and Wicked ,Wicked Games . He ‘s performed
everywhere from the National Cowboy Hall of Fame in Oklahoma, to
the Fringe Festival in Edinburgh Scotland. He's
improvised extensively at Dudley Riggs Brave New Workshop, on the
inaugural season of the Disney Magic cruise line, and wherever/whenever
he can, also teaching improv to everyone from artists to
kids, teachers to corporate execs. His CD of original music will
be released this spring. Check his website for more info: www.thenameisdane.com
